Harrow is our largest site: five modern houses and 20 bedrooms on one private, gated road in HA1, a few minutes from Harrow town centre.
Supported living in Harrow is hard to find at scale, and harder to find in decent buildings. Our Harrow development is a purpose-suited block of five houses — four large bedrooms and three bathrooms in each, twenty bedrooms in total — set behind gates on a private road with parking and outdoor space.
Because the five houses sit together, we can match people to a house rather than squeezing them into whatever bed is free. Somebody stepping down from a ward who can't tolerate noise goes into a quieter house; somebody working towards their own flat goes into a house geared around cooking, budgeting and getting out to work or college.
The site was run as supported living accommodation for three years before we took it on, including publicly funded placements commissioned locally, so the layout, the access and the compliance history are all built for care — including stairlifts for tenants with mobility needs.
Everything else works the way it does everywhere we operate: adults aged 18–65 with mental health needs, small consistent staff teams, medication support, and a CQC-registered service governed by the fundamental standards.

Stairlifts are fitted for tenants with mobility or physical health needs, so a physical difficulty doesn't rule someone out of supported living in Harrow.
